1. Q: Do you have MOQ limit?
A: MOQ is 1000 pcs per design
if by customized gift box and logo printing we need at least 1000 pcs.
2. Q: How to deal with faulty?
A: Defective rate < 0.3% with high quality, and our warranty is 1 year
Constant feedback from QC process during MP will you be informed, if you still concern on our quality after checking samples.
3. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, L/C and Cash are all acceptable.
