A: No, we do not produce essential oils, our main products are aroma diffuser. You have to buy oils separately
3. Q: What is your after-sale service if diffusers are broken?
A: Our warranty period is one year, plz send us the picture or video of how it malfunctioned so I can submit the reports to our quality department, once approved, we will send you replacements with next order or give you refunds
4. Q: Do you provide free samples ?
A: Normally we don’t offer free samples to our clients, sample fee will be refundable once first bulk order is placed.
